We're stoked to announce that Ventura Coast Brewing will be hosting our next Ride Ready Class. Still Free, open to the public, and still your change to learn the skills to make you a confident rider, so your bike rides are safer and more fun. Part Classroom, part closed-course, and part on-street training, even the most experienced bicyclists are going to learn something. Here's some of what you'll learn:
- Proper Bike and Helmet Fit
- How to ride safely with traffic
- Your rights and responsibilities on the road
- Emergency Maneuvers
- Route Selection
- What to bring on every ride
- How to fix a flat
- How to communicate with other road users
- How to be seen
- ...and whatever you have questions about!
Join this free class, and receive a patch-kit and tire levers to get your preparedness kit going. Please RSVP! There will also be a raffle for a Growler from VCBC!
